A relationship professional with big ideas and a healthy network of existing broker relationships. If that sounds anything like you, keep reading.</p>\n<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>\n<p>For this particular role, we’re looking for anyone with 4 plus years’ commercial finance experience. We need a BDM who knows how to manage broker relationships and foster new clients and engage the old ones, and who can deliver exceptional brand messaging. You will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities.</p>\n<p>You’ll be joining a small but exclusive team, based in Northcote, fostering relationships with brokers. You’ll also be helping our PR initiatives and attending networking events (some light schmoozing may be required).</p>\n<p><strong>Here’s what we’re looking for:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Someone with proven commercial brokering and/or banking experience.</li>\n<li>Someone with a background in property development banking and/or commercial property finance.</li>\n<li>Someone with an existing broker relationship network.</li>\n<li>Someone who’s comfortable dealing with industry groups.</li>\n<li>Someone who can sell things in their sleep.</li>\n<li>Someone who loves being part of a team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We’ll develop KPIs and specific targets to keep you on-track, but there’s plenty of room for creativity and trying new things. We value solutions here—the more imaginative the better. If you’re an unstoppable brand builder and product mover, that’s great. If the product you’ve been moving has been commercial property financing, that’s even better.</p>\n<p>We’d love to hear from anyone:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>With experience in lending and property financing.</li>\n<li>With real estate development knowledge.
